NOVO currently ships to the United States and select international destinations. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please note: during peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

We offer free standard shipping within the contiguous U.S. on all orders over $150 USD.
Standard ground delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days.
Additional shipping fees may apply for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Expedited Shipping:
We offer expedited shipping options at checkout for an additional fee.
Expedited delivery typically arrives within 2–4 business days.
International Shipping:

We offer international shipping to select countries for a flat rate, displayed at checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination but generally range from 7–14 business days.
Customs clearance may affect delivery times.
Customs, Duties & Taxes:
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. NOVO is not responsible for any customs delays or charges.
Returns
We want you to feel confident in your NOVO purchase.
You may return your order if it meets the following criteria:

The return request is submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Device Warranty & Replacements
If you experience any functional issues with your device, please contact us for troubleshooting assistance.
Devices determined to be defective may qualify for a replacement under our limited warranty, valid for one year from the date of purchase.
